The Rupert T. Barber, Jr. Scholarship is offered to students who demonstrate exceptional talent and passion for theatre.
This $10,000 award is offered to a first-year student and is renewable for the recipient's remaining three years at Davidson providing they maintain a minimum GPA, make expected degree progress, and remain actively engaged in theatre via classes and production work. Recipients are not required to declare a theatre major.

In addition to your application for admission, you must submit your , including your statement of interest in the award.
